Mount Athos
Mount Athos – or Mount Athos, as it is widely known – is the spiritual capital of Orthodoxy. The “orchard of the Virgin” is the paradise of the eastern peninsula of Halkidiki. The monastic state of Mount Athos is the most important body of Orthodox Christianity, as it is distinguished for its spiritual superiority and its long history. The religious community with its monasteries that count 1,000 lives and activities, the cells hidden in caves, the ones perched on rocks, the towers, the domes, the bell towers, its hymns is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Thessaloniki
Thessaloniki is the most important administrative, cultural and business center in northern Greece, and the second largest city in Greece.
A medium-sized city located on the Sea, with a population of over 1.1 million in its metropolitan area.
It is bathed by the Aegean Sea, one hour from Olympus and half an hour from beautiful beaches, with a short flight from the capitals of the Balkan countries, the Mediterranean and all of Europe.
Ammouliani / Gaidouronisia
Clear blue waters with white sand, houses with small flower gardens compose a unique setting, which looks ideal for relaxation. The only inhabited island of Halkidiki – A tiny paradise with sapphire beaches and fresh fish.
Access is by boat, through the port of Tripiti. The ferry boat will take you there in just 15 minutes. By your own boat or by renting a boat from Ouranoupolis, you can also visit the enchanting Gaidouronissia.
Stageira / Aristotle Grove
The most important historical site of Halkidiki, the ancient Stageira, is located on the Liotopi peninsula, next to today’s Olympiada. Browsing is a real pleasure.
In fact, if you want to see them all, know that you will need at least 2 to 3 hours and do not miss the coastal path which is wonderful.

Barbara Waterfalls
The waterfalls of Barbara are located between the villages of Barbara and Olympiada in a forest full of orchards.
